Mr jain : पहले तो बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद देना चाहूंगा आपने समय निकाला हमारे शो में आए आप आपने अपने कैरियर की स्टार्टिंग कहां से शुरू करें किन-किन देशों में गए और करेंटली क्या कर रहे हैं

Kinkar :  मैंने शुरुआत करी जब मैं 25 साल का था.  तब मैं जर्मनी चला गया था वहां मैंने 5 साल होलसेल हैंडीक्राफ्ट का किया यहां से लोग माल भेजते थे और मैं पूरे जर्मनी फ्रांस Denmark, UK में माल बेचता था.  उसके बाद में इंडिया आया और फिर मैं 5 साल दुबई रहा वहां मेरा प्रोडक्ट का 22 कैरेट गोल्ड ज्वेलरी  एंड डायमंड ज्वेलरी 5 साल मैंने वह किया.

 उसके बाद 11 साल अमेरिका में गोल्ड ज्वेलरी का ही main काम किया.  मैनहट्टन में मेरा ऑफिस था.

उसके बाद मैं इंडिया आ गया और इंडिया से मैं अब लोगों को इंपोर्ट एक्सपोर्ट की ट्रेनिंग देता हूं कंपनीज भी मुझे बुलाती है कि हम कैसे करें इंडियन को बताना पड़ता है विदेशियों से बिजनेस कैसे करें विदेशियों को बताना पड़ता है कि इंडिया से बिजनेस कैसे करें

Jain : दो चीजें आती है नेशनल और इंटरनेशनल बिजनेस इन दोनों में फर्क क्या है ?

 जवाब :  बिल्कुल भी अंतर नहीं है नेशनल इंटरनेशनल एक जैसे हैं जैसे ही हमारी सीमाएं पार हो जाती है Assam से कोई चीज ला रहे हैं तो वह नेशनल बिजनेस के लाएगा और वही नेपाल से ला रहे हैं तो इंटरनेशनल कहलाएगा सीमा को क्रॉस करने से वह इंटरनेशनल हो जाता है.

Mr. Jain :  करंट सिचुएशन देखते हुए नेशनल बिजनेस अच्छा है या इंटरनेशनल बिजनेस अच्छा है ?

Reply : इंटरनेशनल से पहले करने से पहले हमें ट्रेनिंग होनी चाहिए उसकी मेन पॉइंट क्या होते हैं से कैसे कनेक्ट किया जाता है अगर हम नेशनल mein trained hein तो इंटरनेशनल कर सकते हैं. Mistakes  की संभावनाएं कम होती है कि कोई बताने वाला नहीं है. Bahut कोर्स होते हैं जो उनको theory बताते हैं और प्रैक्टिकल नहीं बता पाते हैं हम आपकी चैनल के माध्यम से हम बिजनेस को जितनी बारीकी से बता सकते हो और लोग नहीं बता सकते हैं.

क्वेश्चन :  इंटरनेशनल बिजनेस की बात करते हैं तो सबसे पहले यह ख्याल आता है कि इंटरनेशनल बिजनेस करने के लिए बहुत सारे पैसे invest करने होते हैं बहुत सारी नॉलेज चाहिए Manpower  चाहिए इन सब चीजों से आदमी ghabra सकता है हमारे दर्शक मिडिल क्लास है और business सेट अप करना चाहते हैं तो कैसे हो सकता है ?

 आंसर :  बहुत आसानी से हो सकता है.  गलतफहमी है कि बहुत पैसा चाहिए बिजनेस के लिए दो चीजें चाहिए  1-जानकारी  2. Resources .  अगर दोनों भी नहीं है तो कहीं ना कहीं से आप नॉलेज ले सकते हैं और रिसोर्सेज भी आपके पास खुद चल कर आ जाएंगे अगर नॉलेज नहीं है तो हमारी वर्कशॉप में आकर आप नॉलेज ले सकते हैं नॉलेज ही मुख्य बात है.

English translation :

Mr Jain : first I would like to thank you because you have taken out time you came in our interview please tell us from where you started your career in what countries you went and what you are doing currently.

Mr kinkar : I started when I was 25 years old then I went to Germany there I remained 5 years I was doing handicraft business.  People were sending me goods from India and I was whole selling in whole Germany France Denmark UK in whole Europe.

Then I remained 5 years in Dubai. There my product was 22 carat gold jewellery and Diamond Jewellery.

after that I went for USA. I remained there 11 years and did gold and diamond jewellery business. My office was in Manhattan.

Now I am training coaching people / companies about import and export. companies call me. To Indians I tell how to handle foreigners and to foreigners I tell how to deal with Indians.

Mr Jain : Between national or international business, what is difference in both

Reply : there is no particular difference, only a little documentation is different.  National and international are similar. As we cross our borders it becomes International.  if you are bringing something from Assam then it will be a national business but if the  same thing we bring in from Nepal then it will be called as international business and after crossing the borders is becomes International.

Mr Jain : seeing the current situation National business is good or international business is good ?

Reply : before doing international business it is good to have a national business training but if you don’t have that training, then you come to our workshop.  we will tell you how to do both and from the help of your channel we tell business very minutely which other people cannot tell because they teach theory and we teach practical question.

Mr Jain : when you talk of international business then this thought comes that in International Business we need a lot of investment very much knowledge and man power. Our lot of viewers are middle class if they want to set up business how they can do it.

Answer : very easily that can be done. this is a misunderstanding that lot of money is required.  actually this for any business two things are required first is knowledge second is resources. if you don’t have knowledge then you come to our workshop and we give you knowledge.

Answer :  I have lived 5 years in Germany doing handicrafts and jewellery  in Europe marketing wholesale then

 5 years in Dubai doing jewellery spices and

 11 years in America doing gold and diamond jewellery.

I also tell public issue (IPO) now we train young and old generation who is hesitant to  do business import export &  how they can do with less resources

Question: What is better,   National or International business

Answer:  international business has less competition within the country. 

There is a problem that successful people do not tell anybody and those persons  who don ‘t know anything want to tell everything

Question:  How middle class business man can do the business

Reply : Indians has gone to do business far and wide even  till Cambodia. Now  they  fear from going abroad.   there is no problem in going abroad .

business need only  two things knowledge and resources.  if you have knowledge many men with resource come and join you.   Example :  East India Company e there were more than 150 shareholders. Columbus knew only shipping money  and investors joined him.  Those who have less money can make a Consortium to do business together.

 Question :  import is good or export is better.

 Answer :   both are good you can do from USA China Africa Dubai Japan.   shipping time is 3 days from Dubai one month from Africa and China and 2 months from USA.  the only difference is you can start from any where . if you have customer in foreign countries then export is good,  if we have customers in India then import is good.

Question :  how we can import rules regulation registration very complex abroad office big headache is there to start a company it will take one to two years when will do when we will make money and earn.
